Thick chocolate caramel brownies

2 boxes supermoist chocolate fudge cake mix
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup butter melted
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed)
1 14 oz bag caramels, unwrapped
1 11.5 oz bag Milk chocolate chips
In large bowl combine 1 box of cake mix, 1 cup nuts, 1/2 cup melted butter and
1/2 cup evaporated milk. I mixed this by hand, batter will be thick. Spray pam on 13x9x2 cake
pan. Spread all of the batter on the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes. In
saucepan, combine caramels & 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir over low heat until caramels are
melted. Sprinkle 1/2 bag milk chocolate chips over baked cake. Drizzle caramel mixture over the
milk chocolate chips. Mix other box of cake mix with 1 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2
cup evaporated milk. Drop batter onto caramel mixture with teaspoon. Try to cover all the caramel
with the batter. Sprinkle remaining chips over batter. Bake 40 to 60 minutes depending on your
oven. ( I jiggle the pan back and forth if it’s really jiggly it’s not done, if it’s a little jiggly
it’s done. It’s hard to judge until you cut it. mmmmmmmmm good!!!!!

½ c melted butter

1 tsp vanilla
½ c flour
½ c cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 c oats
½ c nuts
Preheat oven to 350 F. combine all ingredients in order given mixing after each addition. Pour
batter into 8X8 in greased pan and bake for 30 minutes

Harvest Pumpkin Brownies

1. In a mixing bowl, combine:
1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 t. vanilla
2. Beat until well
3. In a separate bowl, combine:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
4. Stir into pumpkin mixture and mix well. 5. Pour into a greased 15″-x-10″ pan
6. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20-25 minutes
or until brownies test done with a toothpick. Cool.
8. Meanwhile prepare frosting. In a small
mixing bowl, combine:
6 T. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 t. milk
1/8 t. salt
9. Beat until smooth.
10. Add:
2 c. powdered sugar
11. Mix well.
12. Frost brownies.
Store in refrigerator.

Serving Size : 4
1/4 pound butter — melted
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup apples — chopped and peeled
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool and cut into squares. Dust lightly with sifted powdered sugar.

Amerikanska Brownies

50 g valnötskärnor
100 g smör
100 g blockchoklad (mörk)
2 ägg
2 dl strösocker
1 1/2 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
Gör så här:
Smöra en långpanna, 20 x 30 cm. Lägg gärna i ett smörpapper också. Låt det gå upp över kanterna.
Hacka nötterna. Smält smör och choklad i en kastrull på svag värme.
Låt det svalna lite.
Blanda ner ägg, nötter, socker, vetemjöl och bakpulver. Rör så att smeten blir jämn. Bred ut i långpannan.
Grädda i 175 grader mitt i ugnen i cirka 25 minuter.
